  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

  • Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout)

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers or brand partners. This allows us to offer a wider selection of ethical goods.

Please note:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment when available

  • Delivery times may vary by supplier and product availability

💳 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and method

  • Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75


🌍 Customs & Import Duties (International)

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties required by their country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.


📥 Digital Products

For digital items (eBooks, downloads, etc.):

  • A download link is sent immediately after purchase

  • No shipping fees apply


❌ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, contact us at support@olmart.com within 7 days of the issue. We will assist in resolving the matter with the shipping provider or supplier.


📨 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
