Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for most physical products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable)

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at return@olmart.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Digital Products

All sales of digital goods (e.g., downloads, eBooks, software) are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or inaccessible.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
