Refund & Return Policy

Olmart.com is an online marketplace that works with independent brands, suppliers, and fulfillment partners. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly fulfill most products. Products may be shipped directly to customers by our suppliers or fulfillment partners.

All Sales Are Final

Most sales are final, except for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Undelivered Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if your order is not delivered, contact us within 7 days of delivery or, for an undelivered order, within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos or video evidence, when applicable

We may request additional information before reviewing a claim. If a claim is approved, Olmart may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Except where required by applicable law, refunds and returns are not available for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size, color, style, variation, or address provided by the customer
Used, opened, altered, or customer-damaged items
Unauthorized returns
Refused or unclaimed deliveries
Customs duties, taxes, or related charges
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control
Sale, clearance, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale items

Return Authorization Required

Do not return any product without first contacting Olmart and receiving written return instructions.

Do not send products to Olmart or directly to a supplier unless we provide a return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Important Information

Olmart reviews claims individually. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If Olmart cannot ship an order within the delivery time stated at checkout—or within 30 days when no delivery timeframe is stated—we will provide the notice and refund options required by applicable law.ftc+1
